Visa Rejected, got my CAIPS. Need your advise...

Hello,

I have been rejected twice. First is my TRV last 2010, the other was recently, my student visa. Below are my caips notes and profile:

Profile:
Studied BS Economics in the Philippines
Working for 6 years as Business Analyst in International Bank in Philippines
No Relatives in Canada

CAIPS notes:

Economic pull to canada strong- given pa's prev education and employment experience, choice and practical purpose of intended course of study is unclear and not compelling - no apparent professional or personal ties or connection to canada - not satisfied that applicant is well established in the Philippines personally, professionally or financially to be genuine visitor to cda - not satisfied that applicant would leave cda after visit to cda and return to the Philippines.

How would I prove to the consul that I would going back to the philippines? I'm single and living with my parent's. What are the usual proof that I will be going back to my home country after completing my studies in Canada?

Presentation of good SOP is the key with right combination of your education and experience and intend to study

You can show investment, business , property and also write a SOP to show your true intention in words.

I submitted bank statements such as savings and investments.

For the property, should it be under my name or can be under my parent's name? I don't have any properties but I can provide land titles under my parent's name. We also don't have business here.

I can clearly see a course mismatch here ,BS Economics and SR Marketing.
WHy don't u try for Masters in Economics or MBA if wana do managment course.

Actually, my work is not related to my course. Im a business analyst for almost 2 years. I do mostly reports in MS Excel that would help the management on different strategies they would implement. I also analyze data using SAS and other statistical tools. Im not into MBA or other management course. Im looking into a course that would help me to improve my analytical skills and my knowledge in data mining such as SAS. The above course offers SAS.

It can be in name of either your parents.
If your course mismatches you have to write strong points mentioning (why and what is the future to that course )in Sop to convince the officer.

You have to give it as financial documents and to show property evaluation is needed.

firstly, change ur course selection , pick a masters level course in economis or a PG diplomma in economis , you can do what ever u like after you get the Visa.

second improve ur home ties, show property etc .

Write an SOP as well,

but,,if we are applying under spp,,,,then according to checklist,it is not mentioned to attach any other document,,,,then,how can we show ties to home,,or they reject our visa by the same reason above thenn wat will we do??????

he is not applying from india, no SPP there i guess.

It very easy to get Visa under SPP , Just make sure your course is relevant , if you have done ur bachelors then chosse a PG Diplomma/ advanced diplomma level course inthe same field.

Send 1 yr tuition + GIC

Visa chances are 90-95 % .

but if we pay 1st semester fee,,will it be fine????? done non-medical(70%),,applying to sheriden under diploma of electro mechanical,,gic recieved,,,wat r my chances??????
