hello all, please help me out.
My Visa got rejected for 2nd Time with the same reason that my proposed studies doesn`t match with my previous education........
Both the times i got the same rejection reason. I attached Sop in my 1st visa file and for the 2nd time i attached a very strong Covering letter explaining why i m taking that course.

I have done B-Tech IT, applied for PG Global Business Management in Humber. I m working as Business Analyst since last 1 year and before that as Project Coordinator for 1 year, so this course is somewhat related to my work exp but i explained the same in my CV but still my Visa got refused.

for the 2nd time they just took 2 days to review my file !!!! i got back my passport in 5 days.

Should i apply for the 3rd time!!!!! i m really confused what to do as my parents are now saying to leave it as already i m having a good job so it doesn`t matter a lot.

Please help me out and this is very urgent as soon i want to reapply.

bro ,just leave canada and if u really just want to go for education then go to UK, it has really high approval rate for student visa,,but if still u want to go to canada then go to university and most proabaly go for degree rather than diploma

Go for University Master's.........

hello, thanks for ur suggestions people but i want to settle down in Canada and start my own business. Now after this 2nd rejection my parents are saying that i should better leave it as i already got a good job over here and why to waste more money.

i want to know what can i do to improve my Visa file with my present scenario i.e course opted PG Diploma in GBM(Humber College), previous study: Bac.. in Information Technology , Work exp 2years as Business Analyst. Financially i have showed them a way lot then what is required.

Its just about the course mismatch thing and i want to know how can i convince the VO in my Covering Letter.

Go for Master's degree in some Public University............

sorry to hear bro.Although your case is not able to reject but CHC does not metter every person so they give visa only the ratu people. So if you go canada strict then go in university for master program and search the university which tution fee have to pay after abtaining visa in this way after obtaining visa you can easily change in to field that your choice 1st fouce on your visa not study after reaching canada you can foucs your study.

going for masters is not a issue but for that i have to spend whole lot of money again. I dont want to do that. I know my profile is good but i want to explain this to Visa officer. I want to know what should i include in my CV/SOP to convince VO that the course is going to help me a lot in my future.

Its not like an eng., graduate cannot do mang course !!!! i have to clear the VO's doubt but after 2 times rejection i m out of words to explain the same.

hey abu, thanks for ur reply buddy.

Can u suggest me some University which offer Masters and allows to pay tution fees after getting Visa? As this might help me a lot.

Most of the universities don't require tuition fee in advance for Master's degree........Search Google.....

hi,
York University toronto is best of the university which dn't required tution fee in advance nd good raputation for visa so you can apply in this university for master.
but i suggest you apply outside ontario its better for you.

Thanks Abu, but my consultant is telling me to proceed with the same college as changing colleges again and again will create many doubts in Visa officer's mind. So i just have to prove that i m a genuine student and coming there for only studies. The best way to show that is not changing the course and explaining the VO that why i m opting this course and my priority is not coming to canada and rather studying that course.
Hope i m correct !!

VO not thinks only that consultant thinks......there are lot metters included in a case.......so you should apply in university in master program.

If you want your visa this time follow these instructions:

1. Apply in a course which is related with your past education "switch it to business studies when you reach Canada right now ultimate goal is to gain visa"

2. If your only intention to study in Toronto than apply in University only "Almost all good university required tuition fees after arrival"

3. Apply outside Toronto or any other province get your visa first than switch your college or university.
