Visa rejected 2 times. Should I try again?

I know some friends of mine who got the visa on the 4th attempt.

What's the reason of rejection both time?

I had applied for HR post graduate diploma. I already hve an MBA so that could be the reason, I guess

Even my visa is also 2 times refuse still I m trying with good stuff...already applied for CAIPS report and then making file strong with good SOP make visa success .

i'm in the progress of applying for a student permit. Just want to get some insights regarding approval. I have 2 denials for TRV before in 2010 and 2015. Would my approval be affected by these 2 denials when applying for study permit?

Please if anyone has the name experience, kindly share your strategy in getting approved or probably documents presented to get the approval.

Do you have caips report from your previous rejection? You need to know why you were rejected. Once, you know that reason, you can clarify in your SOP. Message me if you need any info. I also had 2 rejections.

It says that document presented were not enough to prove that I have strong ties in my country. The other reason in the first rejection with my mom as principal applicant is the purpose of visit. How did you get your student permit approved? what did you emphasized in your SOP? Thanks
