• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of
residence.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in
subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
You are welcome to reapply if you feel that you can respond to these concerns and can
demonstrate that your situation meets the requirements. All new applications must be
accompanied by a new processing fee.

Reapply and address these concerns. Convince them that you will return by stating the employment demand of your expertise field, do you have more assets? your family ties; parents, siblings, own family maybe; spouse and children.

I have my mother and father only. My father is the owner of the business enterprise that I'm work with, and he is my sponsor. I have a building that is transferred to me by my mom, and all the documents are available for the building. I really need help with the family ties. Thanks for the help
