Last week I received mail that your visa is rejected due to not disclosing US rejection...
What to do??? My consultant said not to disclose they won't be able to trace...
I am stucked!!! Please suggest me what to do???

First of all sack your consultant. What visa are you applying for? You ALWAYS have to say on your application that you have been refused a visa for ANYWHERE in the world. Canada and the US share info, so you would have been found out. Did you get a ban? What did the refusal say? Unfortunately, it is not an excuse to say the consultant told me. It's your application, you should know every detail that is in the application and at the end of the day the refusal is down to you. Harsh but true.

Where are you from?

No ban is mentioned there.

This application is closed. Please note that any new information you wish to provide must be submitted with a new application and processing fee. Should you wish to reapply, I would suggest that you do so only if your situation has changed substantively or you have significant new information to submit.

First thing you need to do is find out if you have received a 5 year ban due to misrepresentation. If you didn't, post your background info. here and people will help you prepare to re-apply. If you ended up getting a 5 year ban, you cannot reapply and your only option is judicial review which involves hiring an immigration lawyer and is an expensive time consuming process with no guarantee that your ban will be lifted.
Since you had authorized your agent to act on your behalf, you can't blame it on him and will have to come up with a good plan to win the case against CIC for which you need a really good lawyer. Good luck!

Please post exactly what the refusal said. I have my doubts that it just said it's because you did not mention the US refusal, as that would be misrepresentation and has a very good chance that it has a ban attached to it. As Andy said, you need to give us more information about your application (what documents etc) for anyone to try and help.

I am not satisfied that you have truthfully answered all questions in the documents you have submitted in support of your application, as required by subsection 16(1) of the IRPA. Specifically, I am not satisfied that the following information is truthful:You have failed to declared a previous US visa refusal.

· Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Ok, now we are getting somewhere. What course did you apply for? What is your education level? You obviously didn't provide any evidence for your education and language abilities.

You have to do the IELTS for language. You have to provide all transcripts for your previous education. You have to provide an SOP stating your home ties and why you would return to your home country after the course. Lastly you have to declare not only your US visa refusal, but your last Canadian refusal as well on the next application. Do NOT use that consultant again as they sound useless. Do it yourself.

I have completed my B.Com and applied for supply chain management course from Sault college...moreover, have also attached every doc's as per requirement like you said transcript, marksheets, my past job offer letter(insurance agent Iffco-tokio) further also described in SOP about my interest and change in stream I want...

Now what should I say about my US refusal, WHY didn't I disclosed my last rejection ??? I'm planning to reapply, please help!!

Just be honest about it. Disclose every detail and mention the real reason why you didn't and they might buy it. You are absolutely sure your rejection letter does not say anything about a ban? Were you given a PFL before your application was rejected?
PFL- Procedural Fairness Letter .
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...als/service-delivery/procedural-fairness.html
No such letter(PFL) was attached nor anywhere it was mentioned about it.

I don't have any reason due to which I didn't disclosed as it was all my consultant fault due to which I'm stucked:/
