applied after class 10th under guardianship from india. they refused me saying that "you don't have sifficient financial resources, without working in canada, to pay the tution fees for the course or programme of studies that you intend to pursue." and other reason. what should i do now appeal against it we had shown a total of 73 lacs and an annual income of rs 10 lac which i think is pretty strong. what should i do?

Appealing isn't possible unless you're prepared to hire a Canadian lawyer and spend $3K to $5K on the appeal process (with no guarantee of success).

Your only option is to re-apply.

What proof of funds did you submit? Was it clear the money was yours / your parents and not borrowed from someone else?

yes, it was totally clear as we showed IT returns of last 3 years showing the income of RS 10 lac. AS i have relatives in canada so i heard if they too can sponsor me than i have a good visa chances. as they urn around 7000 to 8000$ per month.

I guess u made a mistake by asking them to sponsor you!
You shudnt show that uu have relatives in canada, dat makes the VO think that you wont return to your home country!
Dis is wat i believe!

no but the only objection i got was. "you don't have sufficient financial resources, without working in canada, to pay the tution fees for the course or programme of studies that you intend to pursue." SO, iam trying to re-apply for january intake. so do i have chances of visa if i ask them to sponsor me as it will make my finances damm strong..

If you will be showing sponsor in canada then your case will be getting damn weak rather than damn strong.si ask your relatives to pay the amount within India.
