Your course selection is the reason of refusal buddy...........choose higher level diploma.........like fast track or PG diploma.......

And don't rely on consultants...they only know how to attract students for admission but they don't know how to get visa............

under general keep it atleast 80% loan of 1st year tution fees + 10000 $ living cost + 2000$ othere....

Also show FDs if you have and if you don't have its ok......In saving account show some funds not millions.........

Further more submit your dad's ITR........If he don't have and have agriculture income then submit crop selling bills + income certificate.............
