Dear friends,
My younger brother has already submitted the initial tuition fee of the course. He working in Saudia as warehouse supervisor. His student visa has been rejected and the visa office point out the following point:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in the subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in the subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your current employment
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in the subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your immigration status.
Pursuant to the paragraph 220(a) of the IRPA, I am not satisfied that you have sufficient and available financial resources, without working in Canada, to pay the tuition fees for the course or program of studies that you intended to pursue.
I am planning to submit the more money in his account or may be i will submit the complete fee of the course in the university.
Please advice what to do before applying again.
Regards,
