i have done bachelors in arts stream then computer application p.g. diploma of one year in india. i had applied for sep intake by an agent. he applied in regina university in bachelors of political i got rejection.then i applied for capis notes in those i came to know about reason of refusal "1st sem fees was not paid". i had miss guided by an agent because i had done package system..its my fault i know..
now my question is , i got LOA from consetoga college for Applied Network Infrastructure and System Administration two year pg diploma on 17 july. i will apply for a visa before 1 august . if i will not get my visa before classes then i can defer my admission into next intake or not ..once my program is closed for jan intake. college can provide deferral into next intake immediately or need to wait for open of course .. i am scared please reply as fast and accurate you can
