Hi, actually i am currently in Australia on a student visa and my wife is in canada on work visa.
Recently my canada’s work visa got refused which i applied on my wife’s basis.
The reason embassy fave me was my residential status is out of my home country.
What could be the reason of refusal.

The fact that you are living temporarily in a 3rd country doesn’t t give strong ties to your home country. Canada is concerned that you don’t have a home in your home country to return to at the end of you WP. Did you recently get married? When did your wife start working?

I provided them with the details of my property in india and yes i got married recently in nov 22 but thats a love marrige and i attached my relationship proofs(5years) as well. My wife got her work permit in 2022 may and she is working as an administrative assistant even before that

Had you been living with your spouse in Australia before getting married? When you dated for 5 years was it western-style dating? Do you have proof of going on vacation together, living together, etc. what proof did you provide of your relationship other than proof that you got married?
