Visa Refusal

This is the second that I'm getting a refusal from the Embassy.

Reasons are;

That the applicant planned studies are poorly connected to their previous academic and professional experience, as well as personal history, and therefore do not show a logical progression of studie

Well, give us more information. What's your prior academic experience and work experience. What course have you applied for?

If you studied political science once, and are now saying you want to study marine biology, they will be confused and it will look like you are simply taking admission at the first place in Canada you can in order to get admitted.

Why were you refused before? That also has something to do with it.
