Hello!!

I have a doubt regarding visa refusal, the St Kitts & Nevis embassy has denied me a visa application. Do I need to state this in my CIC application?

Pleas help, I am worried!

Yes, and explain the reasons for the refusal... Nothing to panic here.

I would, what was the reason?

I know someone who was refused entry to the US once (student visa expired) and was essentially deported; it didn't impact her application. So I wouldn't worry - unless you were refused for a serious crime or something...

Yes, you need to inform CIC about any visa refusal in the past. On the other hand, I think that if you did not mention it in your application, the chances that CIC will find out about your visa refusal in such exotic country are low. But, you know, it's just my human opinion. If CIC somehow knows about your refusal and you didn't mention it, it may end in 5-year ban from Canada.

Hello, and thank you to all that responded!

I called the embassy, they told me that they rejected my new application, but the old application that I submitted (which I thought was expire) has being approved. They rejected the new application because they saw it as a duplicate. They will update my travel letter with my new passport name and the rejected application will be deleted. Do I still need to state this, even if it was because of an error?

Just explain it in the application form, it wont cause any issues.

Just the code of refusal was more than enough for me, was denied US business visa log time ago just mentioned 214-B, was more than enough.

My US visitor visa is denied, but i didnt get any refusal reasons. They only gave red sheet, and i lost it now. Should i really need to give the refusal reason?

usually yes. Its rarely person does not know the reason, quite often is trying to "hide" something.

Sorry. I know the reason why i got rejected, and reason is like "I didnt convince the officer that i would come back or something like that". I dont know the refusal code since i lost the refusal letter.

Do i need to attach LOE to provide refusal reasons to upload Schedule A upfront?

I uploaded Schedule A upfront and explained the reasons for my visa refusals

Thanks. Did you explain the reasons in LOE or in Schdule A?
