my friend have recently applied to a Canadian visa (study permit) outside of Canada, and he is fully sponsored by his government, he have been refused visitor visa to Canada in 2011 for not showing enough ties, he was also refused a us student visa for the same reason.
under the question:
have you ever been refused any kind of visa, admission, or been ordered to leave canada or any other country?
his answer was yes, but only provided details about the Canadian visa refusal.
please let me know if that might affect his application
