But they Rejected my visa due to following Reasons.
1.Purpose of Visit
2.You have submitted documentation which lacks authenticity as part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission.
what is meaning of that what i have to do now
Senior plz helpppppppp

What document did you submit and what was your itinerary?

Thanks Steaky for asking

Beside that i submitted My Assets documents My Bank statement My Business Paper etc.
I was going from Carri bean island country to One of South Asian Country Visa Canada

My meaning was I didn't submit any documents to support that i mentioned in my cover letter like my father illness ,my engagement plan & my blood relative iternay
But What i mentioned was 101 % true & with full honesty.
& what documents i submitted was 101 % genuine.

That's not enough. You need to provide strong evidence that you would leave Canada at the end of your intended visit.

Respected Steaky.

Some body told me that when somebody misrepresent/lie then Vo gives that reason is it ? . but i wanna tell you i did not lie & misrepresent any thing :-[

They won't take your word. You must provide them with proofs and evidence.

Sir steaky.
What type of proof i have to submit.
The problem is that i don't know which documents were unauthentic? in my best knowledge every thing was genuine. In this scenario do you have any idea about this

Transit visas are usually for short periods(few hours to max of 10 days depending on size of country) and the traveller needs to submit a detailed itenerary, as this helps the officer assess how much time can be approved.

Without your itenerary and that of your relative, it was impossible for the visa officer to assess the application. Also, he/she may have suspected you intended to stay for a longer period than disclosed, in which case you should have applied for a visitor visa instead.

Lastly, and this is just my guess - if your dad is sick and you are getting engaged(two very important matters), why not go home immediately instead of transiting? Why does a grown adult need to travel with another person? You don't have strong ties to your home country(if you've been living in the Carribean) and they suspected you may overstay your visa.

Dear Sentorita bella.

I attached my Travel Deatil but not for my Blood relative who is citizen of canada. My stay was on airport only for 4 hours .
I have my own property my business here in Caribbean , is it not enough tie to come back to my residence country ? keep it mind i have my assets & business in my residence country & not in my home country ,I think its very strong ties in this sense.
There was not too much emergency in back home i had time & if i went from other route its 100% more expensive & very long traveling f.

Dear Sentorita bella.
In last you talk about grown adult. But If you read i mentioned second person is my blood relative so i was thinking if we go together it will be pleasure for us & my relative in my back home .Thats it

Why ask for 4 hours transit visa?

If your flight goes through canada and there is a layover for a few hours, your relative can take the same flight and meet you in the transit area/ on the plane.

It sounds fishy when you ask to go out of the airport for 4 hours so you can come back with a blood relative and fly together.

I dont buy it.

I think you misread this fellow. He said he wanted to stay ON the airport for 4 hours. I didn't read anything about leaving it. That's why he wants only a transit visa.
In the cover letter be sure to state clearly in point form all your ties/responsibilities outside Canada and include important dates (engagement) and fathers illness. Restate the important things as they will not read your previous letter. You can get your Canadian relative to order your computer notes (gcms) so you have a clearer idea of what the VO meant. It takes about 30 days to get the notes. Good luck.

i still dont get it why he needs a transit visa if he is just changing flights at a canadian airport. I thought all you need to do is get off the plane, stay within security area and get to the next gate and board the plane again. Transit visa would be required if you were to leave the security area and perhaps the airport and then come back in time for your flight, no?

Ive never had to get a transit visa when i am just changing planes at an airport provided i have booked the entire journey as 1 booking with the same carrier.
