Visa refusal !! how to reapply

i had applied for visa for september intake 2014 but my visa got refused.Reason was
*your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification, previous studies,employment,level of establishment,language abilities,availability of similar courses locally.
i completed my b.tech in 2012 and had done job as a trainer in a institute.But i had not attached my experience certf.
i m planning to reapply for jan 2015 by attaching the experience certf.along with the pay slips and also by GIC program by depositing 10000 CAD in scotia bank.
is there anything more i have to do ?

For which program did you apply?
According to my knowledge, Level of establishment and language of abilities mean you need to present good IELTS score to them.

i applied for NYIT vancouver campus for information network and computer security course.
