2019, an agent applied for TRV on my behalf and it was rejected, I never have details of the rejection letter and even lost contact with the agent, now I have applied for study permit and it was rejected for the reason I didn't provide detailed information about the previous reject, please how do I recover the rejection letter of 2019, all I have with me is biometric information...thanks
