Hi, my visa was rejected under spp category for jan intake. i had file request for refusal reasons and the negative part was that i had 11back logs. so VO concluded that
PA has completed bachelor of engineering in 2010 with 11 fails. This shows either lack of eligibility or commitment. Either way i do not consider it reasonable that PA could be able to handle the course in CDA given his previous difficulty at university,Based on the above, on balance I am not satisfied that proposed studies are reasonable in light of qualification/Educational background. I am not satisfied that this applicant is a bona fied student. Weighing the in formation in hand with this specific case,the applicant has failed to established that they are bona fide temporary residents who will leave canada following completion of studies pursuant to section R216 (1)(b) of IRPA refused.

I had applied for practical elements of mechanical engineering diploma course at fanshawe college.this course is purely related to mechanical engineering. so there is no option of VO claiming that proposed studies are not reasonable, I understand the fact that ill have to prove it in SOP this time. Moreover this time i am also showing property in form of gift deed and as i am the only son of my parents, i am applying though general category this time.
I want you to guide me further becoz its my last chance,pls guide me to make a strong application.
