Hello All,
I am a canadian citizen and had applied for my wife immigration. Just now got a letter from Abu Dhabi Embassy that the visa is ready and now they need compelling proof that the sponsor (me) will reside permanently in Canada. The scary bit is they also need the proof of Kuwait Residency being cancelled, resignation letter, acceptance letter and end of services benefits letter. I know these are required but dont you think it is a bit risky loosing a job just because the decision is still 50%; could be rejected or could be approved.

If you are thinking of falsifying documents - don't.

Obviously you do intend to move back to Canada, so you must have started the process, like looking for accommodation and work.
You could use these activities (and documentation of the activities) as proof.

Agreed with baloo
Forgery will land you in trouble in both countries.Just show reasonable effort of trying to move and settle in Canada. Then you could still come back to Kowait.Process is not 50% ,they wrote to you Visa is ready but show proof that you are settling permanently in Canada, since you are a sponsor you are required to help the sponsored migrant with settlement (Adaptability) It makes sense doesn't?
