Visa processing

Hello po sa lahat ! March 1,2013 po yung Medical ko sa St. Lukes until now wala pa po ako balita sa Visa ko. Mag 4 na po kc wala pa po balita mejo kabado po ako.. Yung friend ko kc 3 months lang inantay nya may Result na Visa nya at ngaun asa British Columbia na sya.. If ever ma aprubahan yung Visa ko sa New Foundland po destination ko .. Bakit po kaya matagal ang proseso ngaun ? Thanks po ..

there is a strike going on right now at immigration offices...this could be a factor for the delay in your papers...c",)

Hello. My mom had already sent the requirements for travel doc to the CIC Manila so she can go here in the Philippines.
Second, our passport was already in CIC last May 8, 2013. My mom became PR last July 29,2013.
I just want to ask if the processing times for Travel Document Application and ISSUANCE OF VISA (they'll issue it once the prrincipal applicant is already landed) are also affected by the strike? Thanks!
