Visa possibility with two rejections

I have two refusals in 2016 and 2017 for lower level diploma education as I am graduate B. Pharm. and having above 5 yrs experience. Want to change my line for that I want to study further from Canada in any healthcare subjects. I got overall 6 with L 6.5, R 6, W 6 and S 5.5.

Can anyone tell me any univUniveror program which brings me easy to get visa.

Apply for QA/QC in pharmaceutical program in Red River College of winnipeg..IELTS requirement is higher for that..try to get 6.5 in each module and apply for it..keep checking webiste of college..seats get filled up quickly..you may get admission for fall-2019 intake ( one year course)..post graduate diploma course.

I heard there are some University and institutes accept above scores for pg diploma in healthcare/ business management which would help me to go up from junior level to middle level job in healthcare industry.
