Hi there, I hope someone will help me with this: I received an email from the canadian embassy in london confirming me that my visa application for a live in caregiver has been approved and that they are sending it to my address in London England. I waited for a week but it never came. I emailed them and apparently,it was sent on the 11th October. It is almost 2 weeks now and it hasn't arrived yet. I emailed the embassy again telling them that I haven't received it and requested them to track it down as I understand they should have sent it thru recorded delivery. The embassy however did not respond this time. The documents,visa and passport are all there and I am worried that it may have been lost..what do I do?????
