Recently, I read a newspaper article as of April this year stating that there are 15 offices to obtain a Visa in the Kurdistan area of Northern Iraq. My boyfriend lives in Duhok and is wanting to obtain a traveler's Visa to come visit me here in Canada. Nevertheless, I am wanting to know what the closet office he can go to for information about getting a Visa and whether these offices do have Biometrics? I could not find a city in his area to obtain Biometrics and am wondering whether he would have to travel to Ankara or Istanbul in Turkey to obtain one?
