We are about to submit my spousal sponsorship however I am afraid about my status as I am currently employed in a third country and my working visa expires next year and I am afraid once the decision comes my visa has already expired but I can come back in anytime as a tourist.
So, here’s my question, what happens if my application (fingers crossed) is successful and they asked for my passport to be submitted but I am already back to my home country or already at another third country? What are my options?
