Visa medical examination: question for ladies

My periods started early on the day of examination. No one from IRCC, the agency or the hospital ever told me anything about it when the request came up. I am kind of worried if I have to retake it if I fail the urine analysis. Would telling the doctor upfront about my periods solve the issue? I have light periods and it's only spotting day. Nothing heavy.

You can tell to the PP upfront . If any problem with the urine test the hospital will inform you and will redo the urine test.
