Visa Issued with First Name as Last Name. Is this an issue ?

Hi Everyone,

My parents only have a First name on their passports. We got their visa issued today and noticed that embassy has put their First Name to Last Name Field and first name field in visa is blank.

Is this how the visas are issued if there is no Last Name on the Passport ?
