Hey Do u Guys Know how long Canadian embassy can keep your passport? Like its been 5 months I submitted my passport but still didn't got any response..
If any one have any idea plz let me know about this.

Um...I'm pretty sure it's not supposed to be 5 months. To which embassy/consulate did you submit it? Have you contacted someone? Are you sure it wasn't confiscated for some reason, or lost in transit?

I submitted it to canadian embassy via VFS Global Lahore & I sent multiple emails to them but still got no response..

Please contact the CA Embassy at the earliest. If they are not responding, inform the situation to VFS. Even if no movement is being made on the matter, hire a proper Immigration Lawyer and see what has happened to your passport.

I really don't understand as to why did you wait for 5-months without moving further than mailing the CA Embassy??? You should have hired a good lawyer long ago. Good luck.

I have contacted to CA many times but theystill haven't replied & went to VFS too they said my passport is in embassy they don't have further information..
Ok I will ask my parents to hire a good lawyer over their in Canada..

Are you currently now in Pakistan or Canada??? Why would you ask your parents to hire a Lawyer in Canada???
