Hello all,

I am about to file my visa under SDS.

Paid GIC, and first year tuition fees.

1. Do I need to get a property evaluation report? Is it beneficial?
2. How much in funds should there be minimum in my bank after paying GIC and first year tuition fees?
3. Is LOE needed? I have written a STRONG SOP because I have 10 backlogs and due to that completed a 3 year degree in 4 years.
4. How long are SDS - study permit taking to get decision nowadays?
5. Graduated in novemember 2020 due to covid, however passing certificate says april 2020. No job till now. Is this a major gap? I've applied for september 2021 intake.
6. Anything else I can attach to make my profile strong? Due to the fact I have 10 backlogs and a year drop, I want to do whatever I can to get an approval.

Please help me! Thank you

If you are applying under SDS, then your GIC is enough. Property document may help in proving your ties to your home country (I submitted property ownership when I applied under SDS but only to show ties to home country). A strong SOP is always recommended.

HTH!

Thanks, do you know the answer to the other questions?

Anyone else that can give some input on this please?
