visa got rejected... but m not dishearted... Allah has kept something better...

in simple words, its a clear indication that u will travel out of pakistan however its canada or its other country
very bad and feeling very sad to read ur post,

@envolvinfaith: dear i had submitted my job history wid experience certificates. as well as i had submitted leave letter from my current employer in which it was mentioned that on arrival back he'll join his duties on higher position.
i had also submitted my sponsor's (father) job history, current job certificates, salary that he draws, pension that he draws, his tax returns. in addition to this i had also submitted property docs in which some of the property was on my name and rest on my sponsor's name.

but still i meet this result from CHC...

anyways it was written in my fortune.. i have strong believe on fortune... Allah will do something better inshAllah...
 
If you submitted all those documents I think the rejection is really unfair. Have your admission deferred for January and re-apply. Get your university to back you up and have them specifically send the CHC a letter appealing the rejection.
 
university is not givng me that favour... and they also don't offer the course in Winter... i'll have 2 wait for next Sept... which i really cnt afford...
 
Oops Romal .. well i went thru all the thread and all i would say is that MAY ALLAH GIVE YOU ITS REWARD.. indeed itx a tough time but SABAR on this decision can give you alot of Ajar and Sawab.. offcourse it was from God.. you didnt leave anything but i wud suggest u were unlucky bcoz the documents you have submitted made it quite obvious to me that u will get visa.. anyways there must be something missing..
which univ hav u applied to..
are you going for MS or something?

Apply a better university that offers winter session and re apply.. dont loose hope.. U will get the visa next for sure inshallah... if u want i can give u a lawyer number in peshawar who deals in rejection cases to canada, Uk etc.. i dont know whether u can appeal or not but i guess that guy will help u.. i wish you best of luck and inshallah inshallah this effort wont get wasted.. allah sabar karnay waalo ko pasand farmatay hai sooo just relax and think in a positive way.. should you need any help from me feel free to contact.. check ur inbox i have sent u ma cell number..

Dear Buddy..........

A) Purpose of Visit......... show in study permit questionarry / cover letter

My purpose of visit is temporary for the period authorized for my studies.
I am a part/full time student at xyz college and full concentrate on my
studies. I will leave canada after the completion of my course.

B)Family ties in Canada / in residential

I heard from someone that show family registration certificate, birth certificates of family members and 1 pics with NICN (if applicable) .....

C) immigration status

Are u a temporary/permanant resident of Canada?

What u will do after completion of ur course?
express ur self and intensions in cover letter staple with refusal letter.........

when i saw my package back wid rejection at tht moment i was like dying... but aftr reaching home sitting in my room i thought over and over again... and then i offered 2 rakat nafal and Allah se maafi mangi... coz jo Wo karta hai us me hamari behtari hoti hai magar hum se na waqif hotay hein... and nw wanna relax a few dayz... i neva thought ahead abt ths coz i was certain tht i'll get visa... so neva thought about rejection... nw will relax for a few dayz and strt thnkng ahead aftr a few dayz...

but guyz do u think tht shud i take admsn in college/uni which offers winter session and reapply again for winter?
