Hello. One of my friend's visa application got rejected. He already paid for and completed 2 semester while visa was in processing. Will he get Any refund from the college?

He needs to check with his college. Every college have different refund process. Anyways, studying without a permit is high risk especially if you friend has not researched already about the refund procedure.
