Guys I'm currently in Singapore for tour , so can I apply for study permit from there ? as i have all docs with me.

i am not sure but i think NO (may be )..

you could apply from Singapore sure if you be in SG on E-Pass, S-Pass or Work Visa .

rest try to find the answer over CIC website, or simply visit Canadian High Commission/ Consulate in Singapore, you will get answer of your question..
