Visa for US visit for Canadian permanent resident?

I just landed in Canada, waiting for PR card.
Once I receive PR card, would I be able to visit US for a few days without visa?

I am originally from Pakistan.

Unfortunately no. You'll need a US visa to visit the US. The PR card doesn't change your visa requirements for the US. You'll need to wait until you are a Canadian citizen before you can visit the US without obtaining a US visa.
