I am seeking admission for a masters program, which starts in September 2019. It is a two year course. We are expecting our first baby in April 2019. Therefore, my wife and the newborn child (4 months old by September 2019) cannot travel along with me in September. So, I am planning to bring my wife and my child to Canada after first year of my masters, probably during July to September 2020. What are the options available for me to do so?
