visa for second masters(again) plz suggest tiger mead scylla and more

Has anyone got visa and admission for doing masters again plz share I have lot of queries. It will help

i want to go for M.eng but the problem is i am already doing m.eng here in india. is it possible to go again for meng?
i am not eligible for phd due my less scores. but if i can apply for another sub division of my field. for example currently i am doing ms in civil engineering(Highways) and if apply for other sub stream like Water resources or geological.
is there any chances ?

There are just two primary things you must be serious about to get a visa
1. Money
2. Academics

it is advisable to go for Phd as that is ur logical progression of academics. however since thats not possible another masters can work provided u have enough funds and ur financial situation is good. Lot of people on this forum have got visa for second masters or pg diploma after masters that being said to improve ur chances u should opt for something logical. It should not seem like ur doing the program just to get entry in canada and the chosen program is a value to canada. Since ur grades r low and ur going for masters ur at a risk so do ur research and choose the right program.... good luck.
