You should wait until you have moved to Canada and lived here for 6 or so months before they apply to visit.

Does anyone know if I can submit partial translation of sales agreement for the house to confirm that my parents have property back in Ukraine (part that shows the owners and stamps), or should a translate the whole thing? Thank you
