Dear Bryanna and others Member

really I need your advice,

I had valid TRV Visa till Sept 2020, and I have visited Toronto last June for 5 days and I came back to my resident country Which is KSA, I work as a financial manager with a big company for almost three years now on permanent contract with perfect Salary which it was usually transferred to my bank account , I have the plan to apply for my family as soon as i get your advice, ( my wife and three children) to visit Vancouver in December 2018 , we have a little bit of good travel history was we visited as family , Europ in 2016 and and we issued two times USA Visa in 2014 but we are not going there as family, and UAE, Egypt and I have properties on my name in my home country, my concern is my wife she doesn't work and the embassy almost refused the family VISA although I am sure that I will back to my job in KSA and my family as well, because my financial situation is perfect there is no reason to stay there more than 7 days, moreover I will be going to sponsor all of them the list of document that I have plan to submit as follows:

1-Bank Statment with more than 70,000 CAD
2-Travel itinerary day per day Plan in details, with activities that we want to do there and including winter activity
3-Confirm Hotel Booking
4-Confirm Flight ticket
5-Employee letter ( company letter )
6-Approved Vacation from company
7-my properties and investment in my home country
8-support letter
9-Sponsor letter
and i applied alone before because my wife she had an event during my last time and It is not possible to me to delay my vacation because I have limited time to get my vacation it is not possible all the year only on JUNE and DECEMBER and that is why I am applying alone, and I had informed the CANADA Embassy the reason why my family they are not accompanied with me on that trip

I will look forward to hearing from you Bryanna as soon as possible

yours sincerely

The visa situation for a number of visa-required countries has changed recently.
1. When does your work permit expire?

2. How old are your children and what do they do?

3. What passport do you hold?

4. Do you have plans to visit the US after your Canada trip?

I was referring to your work permit/Iqama in KSA.... when does it expire?

IMO, your family could be risking TRV refusals because of the passports you hold.

Your children are very young and don't have study/school to return to. Your wife does not have any employment or other ties. If your entire family applies, it would seem like there are no real reasons for them to return to KSA. Also, there are no compelling reasons for you to visit Canada.

Not sure if your US visas are still valid/have been cancelled without prejudice when Sudan was originally on the list of countries that had a travel ban. UAE and Egypt do not count as travel history.

With the situation in Sudan (and though you reside in KSA), applying with your entire family could incorrectly seem like you are potential asylum claimants

Dear Bryanna

thanks for your quick response, I am highly appreciated

I will answer you as follows :

it is valid up to 19/12/2019

my USA it is not canceled without prejudice but we are not traveling on 2014 even before the travel ban, and Sudan it is not part of Trump Travel Ban moreover we are travel as a family to France, Germany, Netherland as family and we return back on 2016. is Schengen country it is not strong travel history ???

Really we are not because I have the big salary more than 10,000 CAD, and that it is not possible for me to find like this salary in Canada, moreover, I have properties in my name in Sudan and investment as well and I have permanent contract with big company here in Saudi and I am in KSA for more than 8 years now .

and I have visited Canada and I am back to my job

please let me know your opinion now thanks for your response and your advice really it is very helpful

Dear Bryanna

I am still waiting for your response after I have provided you with additional information such as we travel to Europe and return back , our strong financial status, the big salary, strong Bank Statement the School for the Children, our strong properties that I have in my Home country, our investment in our home country, and I think that there is no reason let us stay in Canada or even so think for stay there, and many of Sudanese families went and return back from Canada, moreover we have anything that we want for our life, but Vancouver it is a beautiful city and really anybody need to visit this city especially Whistler and Victoria and there is event for the children during December, there are many reasons to visit this city, and it is compelling reason .

I will look forward to hearing from you in your convention time

yours sincerely
