hey guys my visa has been approved, i received an email from CIC just half and hour back that my application to study in canada has been approved, i am seriously very happy and i give all glory and honor to Lord god.
I applied in SPP category. and yes before submitting my documents at vfs i already underwent medical examination

Finally I got my approval email and my passport was not dispatched..but Visa context says get ur study permit by 2018/07/31??

Hi I took Project Management in Centennial. I applied on March 17

My friend applied on 7th March, got message on 19th March - –" Passport has been couriered from the Canada Visa Application Centre, on 19/04/2016 vide courier partner. To track the status of the shipment, please visit courier partner website." But don't know visa has been approved or not!!!!

You meant he got message on 19th April ? He'll only get to find out when he has his passport in hands. Don't worry about the approval mail. Sometimes you get it the next day and sometimes even after you get the visa on your passport.
