Visa file is pending from 3 months

Hello sir,
I have applied for January 2017 intake on 25th November but after 3 month still my student visa file is open on website and only got medical pass or else nthng i got so i extend my offer letter for September and i don't know what to do.withdraw my previous online visa file and apply again by paperbase application ? Or wait for that to respond.And if i want to apply when i can able to apply for my September intake because my consultant tell me that after may we can able to apply.so please tell me about that.

I don;t know if this is applicable to your situation or not...but my visa application (in the family class) got lost and I just filed again and it was fine. We were later told that sometimes a person working on a file resigns or get's sick or whatever and their desk gets cleared. I have no idea if that is what happened or if the story is true but I feel for you how difficult it is to be in limbo like that.
