Visa expiration.

Greetings,

This is about my brother's situation. His wife received her PR visa back in April. Her visa expires on the 18th of July. She is in Lebanon where airlines are still not flying out.

My question:

What would happen if she is unable to travel out of Lebanon before her visa expiration?

I emailed IRCC but they seem to be overwhelmed.

Your brother would need to send a case specific inquiry and request an extension for the COPR.

Looks like she had her COPR for a very long time but didn't want to leave due to work. Is your brother a citizen or PR? Has he been living in Canada this whole time.
