Hello everyone,
My wife and I are currently living in South Korea while her PR is processing. The background check is in progress and I have been applying for jobs back in Canada. (I am a Canadian citizen). Our job situation in Korea isn't very good so we were looking at possibly going to Canada before the PR processes.
We would be staying in Korea for at least another month and a half to 2 months probably staying with her parents for a while too. But if in this time she doesn't get her passport request I was wondering if we could go back in Canada? She wouldn't be working or anything of course and South Koreans have Visa exempt travel to Canada. So I was wondering if this is possible for us to do? I know it may open up something of a dual intent... I'm not sure what we should do...
