Hi All,

I have a wife and one child, 3 cars for Uber worth CAD $21,915 in total under a registered business, 2 (two) plots of land for farming of worth CAD $18,800 in total, a sponsor of worth CAD $41,775 and a sum of CAD $12,523 in my account.

I have a 1 (one) month bank statement and have an admission for a 1 (one) year program. My living expenses is CAD $10,000 and a tuition of CAD $11,000.

Can someone kindly advice if I have a goof tendency of acquiring a visa even with my one month bank statement?

You need 4 months bank statement. The amount in your account is not sufficient at all, even for one person. Your assets do not count as they cannot be easily converted to cash and their cash value cannot be guaranteed. You didn't say how old you are, but with a wife and child you shouldn't be sponsored, you should be able to show your own disposable funds to pursue this expenditure.

Your chances of visa based on your financial disposition alone, is not good at all.

Superb, that is good detail and thanks so much.

So then, with my tuition and yearly expenditure, how much are we looking at and what do I need to have to qualify me?

You want to show a bank balance of at least $21,000 (preferably higher). This is assuming that you are going alone and your spouse and child will remain in your home country.

ideally you show 1 bank statement for the last 4 months that proves you have at least 30k forget about assets. unless u wanna sell them and pout money in your account.
