Visa delayed

Hello
Its been more than 45 days that i havent received any information regarding visa approval.
My classes have already started and the last date to drop off or deferral my admission is 18th
So i want to ask some questions nd i would be really grateful if some1 replies

1) suppose if I'll get my visa before 18 like on 14th or 15th
Should i go or not?

2) if I'll get my visa after 18th and then i applied for deferral letter for the very next sem.
Till what time I'll get my new LOA or how much will clg take to issue new Loa

1. Better to defer to next intake. You have already missedseveral days of classes, catching up may be hard and some assignments may already be due by 18th.

2. Only your college can answer that.
