visa delayed due to medical...

ASSALAM-O-ALAIKUM,
I am ubaid hassan and i applied for student visa on 28-02-2014, i got medical call on 05-03-2014, my medical done on 10-03-2014 at IOM clinic karachi, after medical test i got call from IOM clinic on the same day that your chest x ray is not normal and you would have to come tomorrow for SPUTUM SMEAR and culture test for three days, after taking sputum test they recommend Chest CT scan from Dow university.
after all these i asked the IOM clinic doctor when its result will come, he replied after 45 days.
now i have not received any email/update from embassy, plz share your experience and give your suggestion,

My guess is 45 days is an average period. So it could be longer too. When did you talk with your doctor? What date?

i talked to IOM doctor a on 19th may, he said that ha has transferred my medical result to the embassy 4 to 5 days ago.

So it is only May 26- May 3=23 days.
