VISA DELAY MORE THAN ONE YEAR

Hi guys..

I applied my visa in November 2019 with my spouse work permit fron UAE and its been more than 1 year that we didn't get our final approval..I recieved my AIP in August and as per GCMS notes only ppr is pending.. we sent last webform almost 20 days ago but they didn't respond back..
Please advise what should we do at this stage?

Hang in there bud! As you've already sent a webform query, the only thing you can do is wait. IRCC has picked some pace in the past few weeks so hopefully, you'll get your decision soon. You can try contacting the Canadian Embassy in UAE since a delay of 1 year is just outrageous.

Thanks a lot hope to hear some good news soon ..for my webform I just received a generic response from IRCC Canada and not from Abudhabi:/
