That is the problem
I have only 2 - 3 lakhs to show in bank account
Apart from that I don't have any other source for liquid funds
Just ITR
Property upto 30 lakhs
Lic 2 lakhs
Bank loan
And people are saying I need to pay 1st yr fees
Its recommended by cic bt not mandatory
Is my case is financially weak with these docs and without paying 1st yr fees

25K is for 2years fees..ie 14.5k (1st yr) +10k=25k*68=17Lacs INR

To you give u an example I did not paid any fees and got visa in 5days.
Just showed some funds in Bank Acc+Loan

i got my visa without paying fees too..who told u, u have to pay fees to get visa? there r a lot of people who get visa in university category that dont pay fees

I will also apply under university category
2 or 3 lakhs is sufficient in bank account apart from 15 lakhs of loan

Don't get too worked up upon your finance issue ,visa sucess is combination of lots of factors.
You have good amount of Loan and with that show some liquid funds in bank account/FD.
You still have time till Jan'14 and try to show 4-5 in bank account and you are good to go.

Apply with confidence, you will get Visa!!!!!!
