Hi. I am a Canadian citizen (oci holder) living in India since 2 years and got married to an Indian citizen this year. We are planning to visit Canada next year. Would like to know if it is best to apply for visitor visa with purpose of visiting family or as a tourist? My parents are still living in Canada, they are also Canadian citizens.
If my Indian spouse applies with the purpose of visiting family, he will require an invitation letter. I am confused if I should invite or my parents. If it is tourist visa, then invitation letter is not needed.
