Hey guys! One of my freind got admission in diploma program of software engineering but he is worried because he heard from somebody that visa chances are very low in diploma program. Is it true or not?

it is nothing like that , visa chances vary profile to profile , please give academic details of your friend

Well he's from Pakistan and he has completed his intermediate studies basically known as high school studies and he secured 68.27% in it. In his matriculation examination he secured 85.29%. And completed ielts with 6.5 bands with no bands less than 6 in any module and right now he is doing some kind of web designing course from private institute.
That's all his academic information.
