Hi, is it possible to cancel a visa application my spouse did for his mother without my consent and him not finding out? I would love for his mother to come over but the mother and siblings are manipulative and has caused and still causing trouble in my home. I don't feel safe with them coming here. The thoughts of thier arrival is taking a toll on me. I have been abused by this people and can't stand it. I need guidance please.

Did you sponsor them? Is it a tourist visa?

If it's not sponsorship, you can't cancel it. Have a conversation with your spouse.

He is looking to sponsor them. This is not a conversation he will listen to as he believes his family is always right. I just want peace for me and my children now that I'm far away from their drama.

well i dont know what to say talk to him about them not getting thier noses into your life - home
or ask him to put his family in city or place away from you + if u can proof the abuse you can tell the police or IRCC about it

If he sponsors them on his own - you cannot cancel the application.

If you sponsor them together and you cancel the application - he'll be notified that the application has been canceled and the case notes will indicate that one of the sponsors (you) pulled out.

No real way to do this without him knowing.

Unless you're talking about a Parents and Grandparents sponsorship, one that was applied for in 2019, your husband isn't "sponsoring" his parents.

If it's a tourist visa and he wrote an invitation letter, there's really nothing that can be done to cancel.

If it was a Parents and Grandparents PR sponsorship, I don't know how your husband's siblings would be coming along unless they were under 22 and still dependent on your husband's parents (which is theoretically possible, I suppose) - and I'm not sure if that can be done in a Parents and Grandparents sponsorship.

So it's probably a tourist visa. They have to qualify for the visa on their own, your husband's letter is not sponsorship.
