Visa approved(2nd attempt)---now what visa for fam??? Plz guide

Hello dear forum,
By the grace of God, and by help of this forum, I got my study permit approved today.
Please advice that 1) I should apply for my family now or after getting my permit at border?
2) should apply owp for husband or TRV?
3) for children ? SP or Trv(kid 8 and 5)... as I will go Quebec, do I need CAQ for kids too if SP?

Actually before I applied together my SP, spouse OPW and TRV for kids ...all refused...
Second time I applied alone for me first....approved..
So what to apply for family now?
