Visa approval from Chandigarh consulate

Hi one of my friends said to apply for student visa you need to deposit $10000 in Canadian bank as maintenance funds applying outside canada. Is IT true. Please help me

yes ...you can apply in july as the deadline for September intake files in August 1...............what is the refusal reason?

managment i am applying on 1or 3july in delhi embassy. my
consultant is canam and they told me u r case is good u dont
need to attach sop .

is my case is good and can 10 marks will effect on my case.
