Visa Applied on 27th Nov 2018 for January 2019 Intake and college is already started

Hi,

My name is Rohan Prajapati and on 27th November 2018, I had applied for my study permit.

The college has already started and they are not ready to wait or provide any extension but can offer differ.

I am worried as its been already more than 04 weeks or 35 days as mentioned on the expected process time.

Can anyone help me with this matter?

Yes, I did but not response on that. Also mailed at:
delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca But only got automated response.
